General information about PJSC Lenenergo

Lenenergo is one the largest electric power distribution and network companies in Russia.

Lenenergo was founded by Presidential Decrees №922 (dated August 14, 1992), №923 (dated August 15, 1992) and №1334 (dated November 5, 1992) and was registered by Resolution №2518 of the Registration Chamber of the Saint-Petersburg City Administration as of January 22, 1993. The company is a successor of the rights and liabilities of the former state company Lenenergo operating under the same brand.

Lenenergo services the large market of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast with an area of 86,739 square kilometers and a population of 6,213,748 people (4.6% of the country’s population).

Lenenergo’s mission – Lenenergo’s mission is to ensure reliable, continuous, high-quality and clean power supply to consumers in Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Oblast as well as meet growing demand for electric power and capacity.
